Return and Cancellation Policy

• Recorded Courses: Fees for recorded training courses are non-refundable once the course content has been accessed or viewing has commenced.

• Live Courses: Cancellation requests for live courses must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the course start date. Any applicable administrative fees will be deducted from the refund.

• Late Requests & Non-Attendance: Refund requests will not be accepted after the course has started or in the event of non-attendance. However, the subscription may be transferred to a future course—subject to availability—with no cash refund.

• Exclusions: This return policy does not cover international exam fees or any third-party external fees.
