Project Management

The project management technique aims at the origin, skills, knowledge, and experience necessary to achieve the agreed-upon goals It is followed by final outputs within a period of time and a limited budget. The most important thing that project management requires is management that produces the final project within the limited limits. Unlike management, which is a continuum, a project manager must have a wide range of skills, which are often technical, as well as people management skills, and business awareness¹.

The skills necessary to innovate projects

Project management requirements are a set of skills that must be selected in a successful project manager, the most important of which are the following²:

- Work with a progress mentality.

- Team building skills on-time resolution.

- To have the ability to manage change.

- The project manager must demonstrate leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members.

- Ability to set priorities and solve problems. Adaptability.

- The ability to confront problems that may occur during the project period.

Project management stages

Project management stages can be divided into the following stages³:

   Start with the project: The goal of this stage is what the project is.

Planning: This is the constructive development stage that will be implemented by all those working on the project.

Implementation and monitoring: During this stage, the project team is built, as well as monitoring and measuring the project’s performance and ensuring its correct progress.

Completion stage: This is the stage in which the project is completed and transferred to another team specialized in maintenance.

The importance of the project management process

Below are some of the most important benefits of the project management process and its use:

- The organization must have a plan for advertising with the possibility of predicting this idea.

- Commitment to the allocated budget and timelines for the topic.

- Identify and terminate projects that do not have commercial quality.

- Facilitating cooperation between the project team. Identify and plan options.

Project manager tasks during the planning phase

There are a set of tasks that the project manager must perform during the annual assistance planning cycle, the most important of which are the following:

- Identifying the project’s CV.

- Developing a project management plan.

- Planning, designing and developing the necessary time applications, etc., and estimating resources.

- Planning, estimating and setting budgets.

- Planning and defining quality requirements.

- Identify potential risks, conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis, and work on planning several strategies.

- Identify and specify the tools required.

Tasks of the project manager during the implementation and follow-up phase

Select points Some of the project manager's tasks come during the implementation and follow-up phases³,⁴:

- Directing the management of all work included in the project plan.

- Selection, development and management of the project team.

- Taking the necessary measures to secure the necessary purchases to work on the project.

- Monitor project progress and manage any necessary changes.
